Mohamed holds a Master's degree in Comparative and Applied Law from the University of Aix Marseille (France).
He assists our clients in the legal secretariat, in company law for their needs in particular in the creation of companies, preparation and holding of general meetings and board of directors, in social law. It provides them with the necessary assistance when drawing up their draft employment contracts and carrying out the formalities with the labor and social security authorities.
He is also involved in the preparation of draft tax declarations, and participates in legal and tax review missions.
