With more than 20 years of experience advising in business law and taxation for local and multinational companies, Guy practices law in the field of mergers and acquisitions, finance and mining law,but also has a solid background in legal and tax consulting in the field of banks and companies in the energy and transport sector.
Guy also advices on financing, acquiring, building and disposing of infrastructure projects, as well as mining issues.
Prior to founding Nimba Conseil, Guy worked for PwC, as head of the legal and tax department, and then at Ernst and Young.
