Alpha Oumar Koulibaly has a wide range of experience in business law and taxation.

He is specialized in transfer pricing and corporate equity matters and advises clients, especially in transport and logistics, banking, insurance. He coordinates the calculation of the annual tax returns, legal due diligence and legal opinion, and assist during tax audit.

Alpha Oumar is in charge for the firm training plan.

Alpha Oumar joined the firm after recent experiences in a telecommunications company and within a local Law firm.
