Seydou N’zé works in Social Law and Social Security (drafting employment contracts, obtaining work permits, assistance with social security contribution declarations (CNSS)), tax law (preparation of tax returns, annual review of the tax aspects of social accounts) and corporate law (creation, operation, drafting and modification of contract chains, framework contracts and implementation contracts).
He also works in the Legal Secretariat (Preparation and recording of Minutes of EGMs and AGMs).
